Setup & Power Requirements
Power Connection: The camera relies on a continuous 9V DC plug-in wall adapter (included with a ~3-meter power cable). It is not battery-powered.
Wi-Fi Connection: Connects over standard 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (5 GHz Wi-Fi networks are not supported).
Mounting: Can sit flat on a table, bookshelf, or nightstand, or be ceiling-mounted upside down using the included mounting template, screws, and base bracket. The Tapo app allows you to flip the video image $180^\circ$ easily.
